REGULATORY COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
I work hard to satisfy all concerns and provide the best service I can. However, notwithstanding this, on occasions, parties may feel the need, to raise a complaint, and I am duty-bound to direct them on how they should proceed. Please, therefore, note that pursuant to the complaints requirements prescribed by the Civil Mediation Council I confirm that I will acknowledge your complaint in writing, which includes by email, within 5 working days of me receiving it, and I will investigate and respond to you in writing within a further 21 days unless we agree otherwise.
